Book is split into 5 parts A, B, C, D, E each part is numbered separately. Includes book mark attached with ribbon. Pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with some foxing. Binding has remained firm. Boards are mildly rub worn, with some light shelf wear to spine, edges and corners, corners are bumped. Slight crushing to spine ends. Tanning to spine and edges. Spine has a split along rear hinge.

From the office of Culver Nichols, legendary realtor who was instrumental in the movement to incorporate the city of Palm Springs in 1936, and who was a significant figure in the Palm Springs area real estate boom. Large scale, with image size of 21" long by 11 1/2" high corresponding to a land area of approximately 20 miles by 10 miles. Fairchild imprint and North indicator at upper right corner.
