About This Item
Tokyo: Shinkenchiku-sha, 1991. First printing. Paperback. Very Good. 240 pp., 4to. A special issue of Japan Architect devoted to Tadao Ando (and the first issue in the new quarterly format). Articles in Japanese and English by Ando ("From the Periphery of Architecture"), Renzo Piano, Paul Andreu, and Katsuhiro Kobayashi, and documentation (in photos, drawings, and captions) of all of Ando's major works to that date. Crease to center of spine (with associated break to "perfect" binding), but no loosening of pages; otherwise a very good and still serviceable copy.
