Printed on handmade paper including a colour lithograph as frontispiece. 9 plain illustrations within the text, 2 being full-page. Buckram backed pictorial paper-covered boards with gilt spine lettering, board slipcase. A VG+ copy in original slip-case reinforced with tape to two edges.
