ALSO WITH AN ORIGINAL 1930s PHOTOGRAPH OF THREE TEACHERS, affixed to the front endpaper. Written underneath the photograph is 'Rainbow Whitworth Bird/en route to or from Germany/193?'. S J Rainbow was a teacher in History and Latin from 1928 to 1977. E F Whitworth was a teacher in Science and Mathematics from 1929 to 1971. G C Bird was a teacher in German from 1931 to 1938.
