Contains Chapters 86 Municipal Bonds and Warrants, 87 Municipal Debt limit, 88 Narcotics, 89 Negotiable Instruments, 90 Notaries Public, 91 Nurses, 92 Officers, 93 Oil and Gas, 94 Optometry, 95 Pardons, 96 Parks, 97 Paupers, 98 Penitentiary and State Farm. 793 pages including index plus 158 pages (booklet with staple binding) of the 1940 Cumulative Supplement inserted in pocket at rear of book. The binding was designed to accommodate the insert; book is a nice square volume, a handsome copy. Cover shows some shelf wear, tiny foxing spots on top edge of textblock, some age darkening.
