Octavo (19.75cm.); original cloth in green printed dust jacket; [4],252pp. Jacket edges rubbed with a few shallow closed tears, a bit of tape residue to upper cover, else Fine in Very Good dust jacket. Novel by Henry Justin Smith (1875-1936), managing editor of the Chicago Daily News. The title character Josslyn, aspiring poet turned journalist for a Chicago daily, originally appeared in his collection of sketches Deadlines (1922). HANNA 3276.
