Paris: La Villette, 1793. 336pp. Later binding paper over boards, half bound decorative paper, paper spine label, decorative endpapers, one folding map and one folding plate, engraved frontispiece, autograph letter signed pasted in, bookplate of Rowland Hazard on front pastedown. Light shelfwear, very light scattered foxing, contents mostly clean and sound, binding is tight. A handwritten letter written and signed by Edward E. Hale is extra pasted in after title page. The letter explains to the owner (Rowland Hazard) that this book is a translation of Thomas Anburey's "Travels Through the Interior Parts of America by an Officer." An unusual association copy.. Signed by Associate. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
