Sadly, there is no photo of Lottie, but the truncated excerpts from day to day bring ther eader into Lottie's life and the life of others living in Champion, Ohio. Altogether there were seven journals hich spanned 45 years, beginning near her 32nd birthday.The first entry is this: "They all laugh at me.and want to know what journal for, and really I can hardly tell..But it seems to me lately that life is going to fast, events come and go and are soon forgotten. So just for m yown benefit (I wonder if it will) I am going to try writing down some of thet things that seem noteworthy to me. Book measures 9" x 11-1/4" and has 624 pages.. Unknown Edition.
