This publication was prepared to mark the fiftieth anniversary of Texas secession from the Union. Never published in book form before, because the State Treasury had no money at the time. It appeared in newspapers when the convention was in session. This copy never trimmed by the printer, so signatures still joined on top and fore edges. VG/Wraps. Item #: B9865.

Copyright page is missing. Inner back hinge is mostly split. Last two pages are torn and missing pieces at bottom by binding. Pages have some tanning. Title page has a signature above the title.
