Beautiful letterpress edition of an important document in the history of the Americas (originally published in Washington in 1869 according to Howes, W571). No dust jacket. Olive cloth boards with orange title stamping on spine. Corners mildly frayed. Back cover slightly bowed. Laid paper with deckled pages. Limitation statement on final leaf of book. 134 pp. plus [11] pp. of notes. Super Octavo, 7&3/4 x 11&1/4 inches tall.
