No wrapper. Superb colour reproductions of the paintings, the majority being full page with 38 pp of introductory text. Gilt embossed lettering to the front board and spine with an embossed vignette of a Mexican design to the tail of the front board. Bump to the head of the front edge of the spine strip with a little creasing to the pages of the first half of the book and a bump to the head of the rear board, near the spine strip, not affecting the pages. Slight bumps to the corners of the boards and light rubbing to the board edges. A small soilmarkto the head of the front end paper. There is a light crease to the front fore edge of pp 75 - 82 and a slight crease to the top corner of pp 131 - 208. Neither affects the illustrations in anyway.
