The book's author was Hungarian communist journalist Pál Hajdu (1896-1937/8).
After the fall of the Republic he was arrested and sentenced to prison. In 1922 he went to Russia as one of participant of the Soviet-Hungarian prisoner exchange deal. Later he worked for The Publishing Association of Foreign Workers. Hajdu was arrested and executed in Kommunarka.
The edition was banned in Russia.
OCLC locates two copies of this edition in Stanford Library and Bavarian State Library.
