Leningrad: Publichnaia biblioteka im. M. E.Shchedrina, 1963 8vo (22 cm), 112 pp. Publisher's cloth backed boards. In Russian. A catalog of letters and other papers of European scientists and writers of XVI-XVIII centuries from Dubrovsky' collection. Peter Petrovich Dubrovsky (1754 - 1816) was a Russian diplomat, who has served as the secretary of the Russian Embassy in France, and a collector of manuscripts and books. During the French Revolution he acquired manuscripts and documents from the French libraries, including the Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the monastic Library of Corbie Abbey. In 1800 Dubrovsky returned to Petersburg with a collection of 400 medieval manuscripts, miniatures, and early books, which in 1805 he donated to the Imperial Public Library.
