First Edition in the earlier blue cloth first state of the binding., now with original blue cloth cover and spine in late 19th c. fine binding of full red crushed morocco, five raised bands with gilt lettering, marbled end pages, top edge gilt. Very Good Plus, joints showing wear yet holding firmly, light rubbing at tips, 1" tear at gutter to top edge first blank end page. . First Edition. Crushed Morocco. Very Good Plus/No Jacket, As Issued. Small 8vo.
