Bristol: J. W. Arrowsmith, 1893. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. REMINISCENCES AND ANECDOTES WITH HINTS ON THE GAME". Believed to be first edition. The "Clevedon Community Bookshop Co-operative Bindery Team" have re-cased with new boards, front and back, covered in green cloth, old spine stuck front cover stuck to the new cover and spine. In black cloth boards, gilt titles on front, good, tight, straight covers, but with water damage on front. Spine tight, gilt titles, (faded). Endpapers new, clean, inserted by the same "Bindery Team". Cut edges age-toned. Text block only slightly tanned, but with water damage to early pages after the endpapers, up till the Introduction, and from page 266 to end.. With 80 old photographs of 'eminent cricketers' etc. Scarce.
