Animated Book Co., 1942; illustrated by Hank Hart; 4to board book; plastic comb binding; lightly worn along spine; worn more at spine extremities and worn at corners; name written inside front cover; one page has separation from beginning of comb, one page has separation from 5 comb rings; all 8 animations function; three vovelles (turning wheels) work well; two pull tabs work well and have their wooden buttons, one pull tab is missing wooden button but still works; folded tissue pop-up center works very well; front cover slider is missing wooden button, there are 2 tears at sides of eyebrows, and slight tears at mouth edge - - the moveable works by using finger.

Animated Book Co., 1942 Book with seven circus animations, all dealing with circus themes. Spiral bound hardback with clown with moving eyes and mouth on cover. Book is missing three metal buttons for pull tabs, with these amimations working well. One animation, that of an animal trainer sticking his head in a lion's mouth, is not working. There is also heavy shelfwear. Overall, still an eye-appealing book.
