In a more Plain and Easie Method, more Compendious and Useful than any of the Lesser sort. Together with an Appendix of General Rules for making a large Geography, with the great Uses of that Science. Very Necessary for the right Understanding of the Transactions of these Tmes. Collected according to the latest Discoveries and agreeing with the Choicest and Newest Maps. The Fourth edition, Corrected and much Improved. Contemporary brown calf, red spine label with gilt title, blind panels with floral designs in corners to boards. Three raised bands, decorated in blind. Outer edges blind dentelle. [16], 236 pp., [12]. With four small maps on two leaves, one showing California as an island. Wear to edges and corners. A few scuffs to boards. Spine ends chipped, cracking to joints. Hinges worn. The text includes accounts of New England, New Spain, Canada, Florida, and most parts of the world.
