718 pp. Frontispiece, & many illustrations in text, including folding map of Jerusalem. Folding map of the Holy Land (with short tear c 1 inch). Contents: Phoenicia and Palestine, Northern Palestine, Sea-Coast Plains - Sharon and Philistia, Southern Palestine. Previous owner's inscription on back of ffep. A few insect holes on the inner surface of boards. Brown bevelled cloth boards with gilt lettering on front board and spine. Nick in cloth at top of spine. Top and bottom and edges of spine rubbed. Corners rubbed. Overall condition VG.
