White soft cover, five large fold out charts of body movements, one has scotch tape reinforcement, black and white illustrations throughout, 141 pages. Cover has edge wear and shelf wear with multiple small spots of discolouration, spine - which is is cloth tape - has title penned on and is soiled, text block edges darkened and soiled, spine cracked at title page.
