Just a hint of wear to extremities; mildest rubbing and very faint soiling. The binding's glue appears to be becoming brittle, but the book is holding together fine at present. Very close to 'As New'. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. The highest Arabian horse ranch in the world, the Van Vleet Ranch, known as the Lazy VV. and was located high up Boulder Canyon, at 10,000 feet. Frontispiece is copy of painted map of Boulder County, with various familiar places denoted. Photographs of the ranchers and the horses, with a poem at the last page. 112 pp in all.
