First Edition, 1950. Signed By The Author on Half-Title. Only the slightest edge wear with faintly age- toned text block edges, else, Pristine, no wear. Clean, tight and strong binding with no underlining, highlighting or marginalia. Maroon leather with gilt lettering to front board and spine, and pictorial endpapers.
