"An important German work on the history of medicine and one of the most outstanding contributions. Haeser was eclipsed only by his fellow-countryman Sudhoff." - Garrison-Morton, 6384. A decent copy in the original publisher's binding. Rear board detached, front board partially detached, contents very good minus with some foxing. Could be restored or rebound depending on preference, though we have left it in its original state to preserve all options.
