Illustrated with black and white drawings by the author. Don Blanding (1894-1957) was a poet and journalist who served both in WWI and WWII. He moved to Hawaii in 1915 and was sometimes informally known as the "Poet Laureate of Hawaii." This is a volume of poetry.

Later printing, publisher's green cloth with black spine and upper panel lettering, small octavo, pp. 120 [121]. Illustrated by the Author. Light foxing on text block edges. Previous gift inscription on front pastedown from one family to another. Price-clipped dust jacket chipped and some erosion at spine ends and flap fold points. A few random nicks around perimeter.
