Introduction by Donald B. Kuspit. Afterword by Jonathan Williams. [8], 60, [16] pages. Bound in warm gray cloth with pictorial dust jacket. A fine copy unfortunately in a poor dust jacket. Jacket is warped, shelfworn, and has tears and creases near the head.
