Minuscule fore-edge chip to the first leaf, several minuscule chips to the last two leaves, and shallow chipping to the final blank, else very good with faint soiling to the first page, a little foxing to the final page, and a few scattered pinhead-sized spots to the text. Early printing. The House issue of this important report. One of several government editions of the same year, it was preceded by a Treasury Department issue.
