Paris, 23 Pluviose an 6 [11 February 1798]. A very good one page example, 9 x 7 inches, printed heading. Charles Maurice de Talleyrand-Périgord, Prince of Benevento (1754-1838), statesman, returned to France from America in September 1796. He became Foreign Minister in 1797. General Hedouville was serving in San Domingo in 1798.
