Quarto; papered boards; a fine copy with the very good dustwrapper a little unevenly sunned. Inscribed, dated (October 2002) and signed by the author to Dorothy Hamilton, whose ownership signature is on the front flyleaf. Loosely inserted is some related ephemera, including an invitation to the book launch (at the Church) signed by the author, and the pamphlet 'The Church of St Michael, Mitcham, 1852-1977'.
