Red cloth covered boards with bright gilt titles. Spiderweb patterned semi-transparent glassine dustjacket. Appendices, bibliography & index. Foolhardy Texans not satified with their western boundary marched into New Mexico Territory to claim it. Mexico thought otherwise, capturing them and sending them to Perote Prison in Mexico until the Feds secured their release. Texans would later return to Santa Fe in SUVs with their ski poles.
