Vilnius, 1958. This is a very good hardcover copy in gray cloth boards printed in black with only light wear. No marks to the outside, just a trace of wear to spine tips and corners. Completely clean inside. Text in Russian and Lithuanian. This is one of a series of several volumes produced by these two editors on old Russian artifacts and folk art. This volume is on old Lithuanian jewellery and ironwork. The works are from the 2nd through the 15th centuries. 601 pieces illustrated in black & white with occasional color plates. The color plates are drawings, sometimes showing the typical manner of dress for a Lithuanian of the period with the particular fashion accessory. The photographs are all in black & white. Extensive list of captions for the plates. 12" high X 9" wide, 358 pages. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.. Hard Cover. Very Good.
