Dark blue endpapers. Jacket features a detail from one of the artist's seagoing works. With bibliography and index. --- The book had been presented by a group of people as a gift and is inscribed by them on the half title page; with many fingerprints on front free endpaper; else a bright, clean, otherwise undamaged copy. Jacket with back cover rubbing; is otherwise nice.
