Clara Clemens Gabrilowitsch Samossoud (1874-1962) was the second daughter of Samuel Clemens (Mark Twan) and a friend of the author, Mary Lawton. In Very Good Condition: corners and ends of spine are rubbed; minor fraying at tail of spine; light foxing, primarily along edges of illustrations; occasional light finger soiling in margins; otherwise, clean and tight.
