1902 This FIRST EDITION soft cover is in VERY GOOD CONDITION. Appears to be a self-published book, with horizontal format, sewn pages with silk ribbon on cover. An early poem written about Scituate, MA and the approach of British Troop in 1812, where the Lightkeeper's daughter's trick the British troops into retreating. Includes 5 photographs pasted-in, which have offset onto opposing page. The covers have edge wear with most of the silk ribbon absent. Light foxing on some pages. No inscriptions, labels or markings.
