About This Item
An 10" x 12" framed lithograph(framed under glass) by an unidentified artist signed by Justice Benjamin Cordozo. Once he rose from the Chief Justice of the New York Court of Appeals to the Supreme Court in 1932 (succeeding Oliver Wendell Holmes), he became one of the "Three Musketeers" (the liberal three whom FDR could always count on). Professor Roscoe Pound considered Cardozo one of the ten best legal minds in American legal history.
