Little Daffydowndilly and Other Stories by Hawthorne, Nathaniel - 1887: With a Biographical Sketch and Questions

Boston: Houghton, Mifflin and Co., 1887. Hardcover. Good. Brown cloth covered boards are quite clean with wear and some splitting at top and bottom spine edges and some wear and light bumping at front corners. Spine edge is darkened but letters are still clear. Oddly, a page has been added, I believe glued in, between page 89, the last page of "The Threefold Destiny," and the beginning of the Biographical Stories. This page is from "Sander's School Speaker," and this page has one corner taped. No pages are missing from the book itself. Other than the odd added page, with some pencil notations that spill from that page wher a piece is torn out onto one from the next page.
