The John C. Winston Company. Hardcover. Good. Edwin J. Prittie and John Fitz Jr.. CR 1928. Good-Very Good Hardcover. No DJ. Blue cloth boards with gilt lettering and colour paste-down illustration. Spone slanted, Light edge wear, corners bumped, head and foot of spine bumped. Interior is good. No writing. Corner of front free endpaper clipped. Light paperclip marks at tops of preliminary pages of Brownies story. Rear hinge a tad pulled (not cracked) giving the book a slight wobble. Solid binding. Decent copy. Four colour plates including frontispiece by Edwin J. Prittie. B&W line drawings by John Fitz Jr.
