(Cape Town: Citadel Press, 1942). 183 x 123 mm; card wraps; pp. 16. Wraps detached and fragile; a little browning to edges. Second World War poems in memory of "Peter": Mornay Andre du Plessis, Air Sergeant , 11th Squadron S.A.A.F. The poems "Missing" and "Death in the Desert" suggest that he was killed in action. Marie Kathleen Jeffreys, an archivist at the Cape Town Archives Repository, was best known for her genealogical studies and anti-apartheid essays. In 1959 and 1960, she published six articles on "How White Are The Whites?" in Drum Magazine. .
