Spine shows light extremity rubbing (see image), still FINE, with titling to spine and front board remarkably preserved, and Quite Rare Thus. T.E.G (Top Edge Gilt), others uncut. Internally FINE as well, with tipped-in slip to the half-title, "The quota of this edition apportioned to the United States of America sold by Random House, New York". Translated by Aleister Crowley, with several added versions of the Epilogue by various hands [in fact by Crowley] and twelve copperplate engravings from the original drawings by Jean de Bosschere.
