Durham, N.C.: Privately Printed / The Seeman Printery, 1910. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 8vo. 245 pages. First edition hardcover bound in blue cloth with title in gilt on front cover and spine. Binding is rubbed/scuffed, with some spotting and a dampstain on the fore-edge of the front cover. Spine shows small dampstain droplet marks. Occasional foxing throughout text. Otherwise sound. There is a frontis photo of the old family home in Berlin, Germany. Includes a few other illustrations, including a standard view of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The family was originally from Germany but made their home in Wilkes County, North Carolina until after the Civil War, when they moved to Ashe County. This is not a full genealogy but is rather a biographical work of Franklin Plato Eller and John Carlton Eller.
