Although trained in the old style, Gonzaullas was instrumental in helping the Rangers adopt scientific methods of crime fighting. Gonzaullas began as a prohibition agent shutting down hidden stills and arresting Texas bootleggers. He went on to be involved in many exciting cases as a Ranger and is considered one of the greatest Texas Ranger Captains. Book interior clean and bright with no previous owner marks. Original price present on front dust jacket flap. Dust jacket is clean and bright with no fading. Front flap has a small dog ear near the price. Dust jacket now proteted in Mylar.
