The First UK Printing published by Faber, London in 1957. The BOOK is in near Fine condition. Light pushing to the spine ends. Gilt titling very bright. Mild offsetting to the end papers and a little toning to the text block. Free from inscriptions, erasures and markings. The WRAPPER is complete and is in near Fine condition. A little toning to the spine lettering and a hint of toning to flap upper edges. The photographic wrapper design looks very striking in the removable Brodart archival cover. Tipped in to the front blank end-paper is a small official compliments slip, penned in John Osborne's hand. The letter is signed and dated by the author. The author refers to himself as a 'sometime playwright' and also '.the Royal Court Theatre where I have been Persona Non Grata for many years'. 'Look Back In Anger' was first performed at the Royal Court Theatre in London. Scarce with such attributes. Ashton Rare Books welcomes direct contact.

The First UK printing published by Constable, London in 1928. The BOOK is in near Fine condition in the original variant binding of terracotta cloth, upper board and spine lettered in black.
