TWO ISSUES OF THE MAGAZINE: June 27, 1944 and February 4, 1947 color and black and white illustrations, 13 1/4 x 10 1/2 inches, color pictorial wrappers. Overall wear to wrappers; 1944 issue has split at head of spine; 1947 issue has much wear and some paper loss to spine and paper loss to back cover. Slight musty odor. The front covers of both issues feature the portrait of Josef Stalin "painted for LOOK by Carolyn Edmundson." In the 1944 issue "Ralph Parker analyzes the personality of the amazing leader of the equally amazing Russian people." The 1947 issue features "A Personal Interview with Stalin" by Elliott Roosevelt. Also featured are articles: "A Chinese Boy Starves to Death"; "The Truth About the Stork Club" by Patricia Coffin with notes by Walter Winchell; "Rita Hayworth in a New Role." .
