Melbourne: Government Printer, 1971. Card Covers. Good. Folio - over 12 - 15" tall. 143 pages, includes plans. The edges of the book are bumped, there is a short closed tear at the head of the front cover next to the spine strip. The covers are shelf stained. This is an ex library copy, the damage, stamps, bar codes etc, is limited to the front paste don, title page and its verso. It is not an attractive copy, but it is clean, unmarked and solid.
