Volume I is The Fellowship of the Ring, "Revised Edition" (front dj), "Second Edition" (title page), Tenth Printing" 423pgs.,. black boards, orange and gilt eye symbol is bright, overall like new. in near fine orange color jacket, which has fading on the spine. Volume I I is The Two Towers, Second Edition, Revised , which has has the red and gilt eye symbol, like new. Unclipped red jacket has fading to the spine, otherwise like new. Volume III is The Return of the King, "Revised Edition" (cover of dj), "Second Edition" (title page), "Tenth Printing"` which has the purple and gilt eye pattern in beautiful shape. Unclipped purple jacket has a minor scuff on the upper left corner. . All three volumes have the small barely discernible blind stamps on lower right corners of rear panel, denoting these are Book Club, and superficial wear. (Though the quality of the paper and cloth is comparable to First Editions.) A foldout map appears in the back of each.
