146 year old rare book; Book is written in Spanish; Front and back covers show a lot of wear with fading, rubbing, discoloration, some tears, and bent corners; Inside cover shows wear with discoloration and has a library book plate that reads "Columbia University in the City of New York The Libraries"; Back inside cover shows wear with discoloration and has a manila library card pocket; Back free endpaper shows wear with discoloration and has a library borrower's list that reads "Columbia University Library"; Front spine has separated from the binding; First five pages are separated from the binding; Copyright page has a stamp that reads "Columbia University Library"; Prologue page has small writing along the binding edge written in ink that reads "40-13778 1/27/43 DC"; Pages have some yellowing due to age; Small tears along some page edges, no pictures or writing are affected; Binding is tight but shows signs of wear toward the middle of the book.
