First UK edition hard back binding in publisher's original bottle green cloth covers, white title and author lettering to the spine. 8vo. 7½'' x 5¼''. Contains 175 [i] printed pages of text. Cheap paper browning, ink name and address to the top of the front free end paper. Good condition book in Very Good condition dust wrapper with one short closed tear and small thin damp line to the bottom of the spine, rubs to the corners and spine ends, not price clipped 7/6. Dust wrapper supplied in archive acetate film protection, it does not adhere to the book or to the dust wrapper. We currently hold in stock over 70 other books by this author. Member of the P.B.F.A.

Lucky Starr and the Pirates of the Asteroids is the second novel in the Lucky Starr series, six juvenile science fiction novels by Isaac Asimov that originally appeared under the pseudonym Paul French. The novel was first published by Doubleday & Company in November 1953.
