Lightly rubbed spine ends, bottom corners lightly bumped; slightly cocked. Top text block edge starting to fox; all edges just starting to tan. Mild foxing to endpapers. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket has very heavy shelf wear, significant loss, not price clipped.

Technical and detail drawing in text. Frontis port. Red cloth w bright gold lettering to spine. Light shelf wear, bumping to top corners. Binding square and sound. Photo illustrated DJ is clean, however previous owner has neatly trimmed top and bottom edges w masking tape (3/8") to guard against edgewear and reinforced backside of the spine and fore edges the same (not visible). Octavo. "Many illustrations have appeared in the Model engineer in articles by the author and other contributors.
