If the bookseller disagrees with your assessment, the return will be completed, but you will not be refunded return shipping. incorrect item delivered - the book you ordered is completely different from the one you received. For example, if you ordered "Gone with the Wind", but received "The Wind in the Willows", buyer does not want item - the book arrives and you decide you do not want it. The cost of the book will be refunded, but not the shipping cost.
