Albuquerque: University of New Mexico Press, 1993. Hardcover. 288p., illustrations, near-fine first edition with a limitation sheet tipped in opposite title page, one of 75 copies numbered and signed by the author, else identical to the trade issue, decorated cloth boards in bright, unclipped dj showing a bit of fading to blue on spine. This UNM edition preceded the Grove Press edition by a year, was limited to 2,000 trade copies.
