Copyright 1979 by Fountain Productions Ltd. Profusely illustrated in colour and B&W. 326 pages with index. Inscription to former owner on inside front page. Greyish-beige hardcover (with gilt spine lettering) approachng near fine except for minor bump to bottom edge. DJ has slight edgewear and slight curling at top edge.
