About This Item

Kerhonkson, NY: Poets Press, 1966. Unpaginated, 9 x 7.5 inches, illustrated with drawings, all paperstock decoratively blind-stamped, very good first edition chapbook in stapled pictorial yellow wraps toned at edges and spinefold. Matson's first book. Like much of Matson's poetry, there is no ostensible gay content, but references (Wieners, Huncke, Ginsberg) galore ... Los Angeles poet.
